• Parent / guardian contact information
• Assessment scores, benchmarks, and coach reports
• Payment and document status

Data is used to deliver coaching programmes, track athlete development, communicate with parents, and meet safeguarding obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Images and video may be captured during sessions for coaching analysis and promotional use. Consent is managed through the athlete portal and can be withdrawn at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@hmpl.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.
