By enrolling in an HMPL Sports athlete development programme, you agree to follow programme rules, attendance requirements, and coach instructions.

Fees are due per the published schedule. Late payments may result in suspension from sessions until resolved.

Athletes must provide valid medical clearance before participating. Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions.

• Report injuries to coaching staff immediately
• Follow return-to-play protocols as directed
• Keep emergency contact details up to date in the portal

Programme cancellations by HMPL due to venue issues or force majeure will be rescheduled or credited. Withdrawals by participants are subject to the published refund policy for each term.

All participants, parents, and visitors must uphold HMPL values of respect, inclusion, and fair play. Breaches may result in removal from programmes without refund.
